PRIVACY POLICY
Effective and last updated September 17, 2026
This policy covers the Two Eagles Restoration website and communications about website inquiries. Contact us at info@twoeaglesrestoration.com, (310) 776-5373, or 5345 McConnell Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90066.
Information we collect and use
When you request a callback, we collect your name and phone number, along with any email address, property city, property type, service needs and message you choose to provide. The form also includes its originating page and inquiry purpose. We use this information to respond, discuss your property and arrange requested services. Hosting, form-processing and email providers process it to deliver inquiries and our responses.
Hosting infrastructure may record IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and request times to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site. Please do not include policy numbers, payment details, health information or other sensitive information in an inquiry.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and actions such as call-link clicks, inquiry starts and successful form submissions. It processes browser and device information, online identifiers, page views and interaction events to provide reports for us. Google acts as our service provider for this measurement. Sharing with Google products and services, Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled for this use. We do not use this integration for remarketing or send inquiry-field contents to Analytics.
Its first-party cookies, including _ga and _ga_*, are configured to expire after one year. Our integration excludes query strings and fragments from reported page addresses. You can block cookies through your browser or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. See Google's Privacy Policy for its data practices.
Google Maps and your privacy choices
Our embedded maps connect to Google when loaded. Google receives connection information such as IP address and browser information and may use cookies or associate map activity with other information it holds. Google may collect activity across sites that use its services. Our inquiry forms do not send their contents to Google Maps.
Your privacy choices
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This control blocks embedded Google Maps and remembers the opt-out in this browser using local storage named two-eagles-map-opt-out. It remains until you clear site data. An enabled Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal also blocks the maps automatically. First-party Analytics measurement as a service provider continues; this is separate from sale or sharing for advertising. The older Do Not Track signal does not change the site's behavior.
These choices do not affect calling us or submitting an inquiry. They cannot erase information already received by Google. External Google Maps links remain available and take you to Google's website, where its privacy practices apply.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry and correspondence records as needed to respond, provide requested services and meet applicable contract, warranty, insurance, tax or other legal obligations. Technical records are retained according to operational and security needs. Google Analytics event-level retention is set to two months and user-level retention to 14 months, with the user retention period reset on new activity. Aggregated reports may be retained longer. Retention depends on the record and whether an inquiry becomes a project.
To review, correct or request deletion of information you provided, email or call us. Describe your request and provide the contact details used for the inquiry so we can locate it. We may need to verify your identity for access, correction or deletion. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information unless we explain a necessary, secure verification step. No website account is required.
California privacy rights
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies, California residents have rights to know and access personal information, request correction or deletion, opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, limit qualifying uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination. Our website does not request sensitive information for advertising or profiling.
You or your authorized agent may submit requests by email or phone. We may request proof of an agent's authority and verification permitted by law. Website opt-outs do not require identity verification. For requests subject to the CCPA, we will acknowledge requests to know, delete or correct within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, subject to permitted extensions with notice. Contact us about information already provided to our team or for an accessible alternative.
Children, external links and policy updates
This site is intended for people seeking restoration services, not children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information. External websites have their own privacy practices. We will post policy updates here, revise the effective date and describe material changes on this page or in a prominent website notice, with additional notice where required. See our website terms for information about site use.
